I have to say, I was skeptical that I would have a good experience at a storage unit, but my move in and move out experience was so smooth and seamless and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave us personalized attention and the upgrades to the facility in the last three years look great.
I came in and spoke with Viin about my future needs. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!
Charged me for months worth of rent after my recorded move out date, after many months they still won’t refund me for an error they themselves acknowledge. Don’t trust them with a cent.
