It was my pleasure to meet her and do business at Public Storage. If all the staff provide the level of customer service as Tamara has it will be great doing business. The life changes that require moving and storing personal items is already stressful and emotional. It was good to receive friendly and helpful assistance from the staff. Tamara was amazing, knowledgeable and thoughtful. It made the experience lighter on our hearts.
Tamara helped my friend and me get settled into a unit here. I’ve used storage facilities in the past, but Tamara’s service was exceptional. She clearly explained which units were available and how to use the facility effectively. She’s a superstar!
Good enough spot, but Tamara at the desk takes things to another level. Patient, helpful and accommodating, this person needs a raise!
The good: The first month price was good since I caught a sale. Most of all Tamara was very friendly and helpful. Impressively, she recognized me from a phone call we had several days prior. A couple things I’m not crazy about that she has no control over: The admin’s seem to be operating on Covid hours still: 9:30am - 6pm MF, 5pm Sat-Sun. I get it, keep costs down.
