The app never works to open the gate, and you can't access the gate keypad from your car. So you have to get out of your car both on the way in and on the way out to open the gate. The roof of my unit leaks, and wet pieces of the sprayed on insulation fall all over my stuff. Today there was mold on my things. I hardly leave reviews, especially negative ones but from the beginning theres been issues. I make an appointment online (trucks loaded mind you) go there, the space he shows me the door jams. Asks me if I want the unit. I told him sure, as long as the door is going to open and close. We go in so I can sign some paperwork, I pay whatever fees there are.
