Carissa was excellent. The outsourced people were worse than terrible!! The pleasure of being assisted by Carissa wAs human, personable and able to unscrew the nonsense of my previous contact with public storage. Five stars for Carissa!
I recently had a visit at the location and Carissa was a sweetheart. I was trying to rent closer to my home and she referred me to another location to save me money.

Clarissa at the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. The unit was clean, a decent size and a great price. I am glad we selected this facility to house our storage
