Reniga was great. She is always cheerful and helpful when l come to pay for my units for different locations. She is always consistent with providing great customer service. It's also clear that all the staff always takes good care of the property as well. I love how they take pride in all that they do. Thank you to the other reps as well. I will always come back because I love the professionalism each and every time. I highly recommend.
Great experience
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I won a storage unit at this facility on a Thursday and reasonably assumed I’d have until at least Saturday to clear out a small amount of items. I planned everything out: go pay for this unit and another one I won nearby, pick everything up the same day, and be done. Simple enough… or so I thought.
