I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I won a storage unit at this facility on a Thursday and reasonably assumed I’d have until at least Saturday to clear out a small amount of items. I planned everything out: go pay for this unit and another one I won nearby, pick everything up the same day, and be done. Simple enough… or so I thought. Rylan was unbelievably awesome to deal with! I can’t say enough good about him…. I felt absolutely horrible to do this to him, but I came in literally two minutes before closing, and he was beyond cool about it. He walked me through the five units that were available and then went through the entire process of getting me set up with my new unit - he had the most AWESOME attitude and zero complaints about the obvious inconvenience I was causing him! Would highly recommend this location to anybody!!!
