First, moved-in site unseen and cannot believe how fragile the unit doors are, never would have rented if I'd seen the site... Then, move in to discover there is no climate control, it's like 95 in suffocating stale heat... Reniga was great. She is always cheerful and helpful when l come to pay for my units for different locations. She is always consistent with providing great customer service. It's also clear that all the staff always takes good care of the property as well. I love how they take pride in all that they do. Thank you to the other reps as well. I will always come back because I love the professionalism each and every time. I highly recommend.
