Devon was very patient and helpful he gave me his number and I had a problem immediately when I got here without him I would have been stuck and had to leave my stuff without putting it in storage but he answered and helped me immediately
We were looking for a small storage with climate control and came across this place which is in a convenient location (up the street from Chick-fil-A and the best 24 hour washateria). I appreciated Devon's great customer service and efficiency with a smile. Highly recommended, clean storage franchise.
4/1/2026.................. I am a legally handicapped senior and have bent over backwards to communicate with this facility. Called their corporate in CA trying to explain about my move out and sharing that I was moving out .. Moved out... I've called at least five times in March regarding my rental and relocating. I've called their Corporate Offices 6 weeks ago only to end up in negative communications.
