I had a fantastic experience renting my storage unit, all thanks to Catherine! She was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain the entire process clearly, made sure every single one of my questions was answered, and was an absolute pleasure to speak with throughout. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made what could have been a stressful task completely seamless. If you need a storage unit, ask for Catherine—she is top-notch!
The storage unit was clean and the right size for me.
Catherine Awesome service an very polite
My items were damaged while in this storage unit. They have mice which I am totally terrified of and then have the nerve to keep increasing the price which has gone up 3 times since I’ve gotten the unit in January of 2025.
Lizzy showed me around, was very nice, and provide me with details about the unit that was very helpful. The property was also nice and clean.
