Great customer service, Charles was professional and nice!
Charles told me everything I needed to know and made my moving process easy. He showed me where my unit was and discussed the locks and payments. Super informative and gave me the ins and outs.
Charles is excellent! Came off his lunch break to help me access my unit.
Please do not use Public Storage. I made a reservation last month for 5/9. I was told they only do reservations in 7 day increments and to keep calling back to extend it which I did. When I called back today I was told the reservation was cancelled and there was nothing they could do even though they messed up. They don't care that the customer is left scrambling to find a storage unit. I was transferred 6x and nobody offered a solution
Charles was soo nice and amazing! He helped me a lot. Great man!
