Horrible customer service, takes forever to get ahold of a real person than they aren't even someone who knows the property. Newly renting, received the text, email, and on the app for my unit and location. They all tell my the wrong building the unit number is in. After finally finding it, because the door isn't actually labeled, I let the lady on the phone know the map and the location in incorrect, they have the buildings labeled different on the map than on site.
