Service Provided: Five Star for Service, not for physical location: P-Storage Agent, Ronecha, is wonderful! She was responsive to my calls, addressed my needs, and ensured I was comfortable/satisfied, before completing my call. I was extremely impressed!! !! The Unit: Id give the storage unit a 0 star! It was dirty& Hot! I was grateful I only needed this spot for a few days!!!!

Charles told me everything I needed to know and made my moving process easy. He showed me where my unit was and discussed the locks and payments. Super informative and gave me the ins and outs.
Charles is excellent! Came off his lunch break to help me access my unit.
