Great and clean location & I always get help from Makayla !
It's clean and in a good location, which is why I chose this facility. But there are NEVER any carts. I walked 2 floors today and never found one and had to leave because I needed a cart. There's rarely someone up front on the office and you have to have a code for literally everything. To get in the gate, to get in the building, to go up in the elevator and to go down in the elevator. I appreciate security, but this is... Alot.
I had a fantastic experience working with Deanne! She provided outstanding customer service, patiently guiding me through the process of finding the perfect storage unit. She took the time to understand my needs and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Deanne to anyone looking for excellent service and a hassle-free storage solution!
Deanne was extremely helpful and accommodating in spite of the fact that there were no dollys in the building. She took her time to help us try and locate one. When we couldn’t find one, she offered to help us with our things ! We declined because she shouldn’t have to deal with the lack of resources and neither should we !!! She is the only reason why I remain a customer. Mind you there were no other customers on site, so there should have been at least 1 dolly available!!!
Price was right and the size of the unit was perfect. The lady at the front desk was super helpful. And the place was nice and clean. Edit: By seeing other complaints on here I did come to the office and no one was there so I rented the unit online. Drove to the place and the lady was there to help. The gate was closed on one side because it didn’t work. I did notice that most of the units were being used.
