Totally despicable location. Made a reservation. I made several calls and left messages. Nobody calls me to schedule an appointment. Usually they call you within 5 minutes after you make to complete a reservation.
If I could give zero stars I would. I am baffled that a lawsuit has not been filed yet. First, I’ve visited here everyday for a full week and no one is ever here. The first day I came, a worker was inside but refused to come to the door. One can clearly see through the glass. They are still trying to charge after the move out date is executed. The phone never gets answered, why have a worker? This place is very unprofessional and needs new management. BEWARE. It‘s a scam! Just cancel my account so I can move on!
No one is ever in office at open hours. I have come by several times. Have been calling and leaving messages for MONTHS now trying to figure out how to go about move out. No one ever called me back. It was always hot on the 3rd floor and a lot of my belongings were ruined and had to be thrown away. The worst experience ever.

My husband and I needed a storage for our business and this locations is great and I got a deal online! SaNay made me feel comfortable about leaving our belongings here she helped me make a decision to stay here since her customer service was great and made me feel good about it.
