Oksana has great customer service. Very friendly and had me in and out in under a hour.
Have been there 6 yrs they have always been helpful and respectful when I am late paying the rent. Yesterday I was leaving my unit maybe 5_7 minutes late and I received a courtesy text today to leave on time. Never had any other problems.
My wife and I went in to look at a storage space and we were greeted by Lori and she showed us a space that was perfect for us very convenient location drive up and she made the move-in process very easy. Thank you Lori for going above and beyond getting us the perfect space.
I was having an issue opening the door to my storage turned around and there was Lori she came right over and showed me what I was doing wrong thanks Public Storage for having such a dedicated person looking after your property.
