I was satisfied when Lori was working here. I'm not sure if she is anymore. She helped me a lot. My issue is with the owners. They are probably millionaires and they charge reliable customers horrible prices. I have been out of work and needed surgery, they put my bill up just about 100% increase after a few months. No one could lower the prices and you don't realize how high the increase is until you have been there a couple months. For my size unit, it costs $63 for anyone new. For me, $107 a month.
