Have been there 6 yrs they have always been helpful and respectful when I am late paying the rent. Yesterday I was leaving my unit maybe 5_7 minutes late and I received a courtesy text today to leave on time. Never had any other problems.
My wife and I went in to look at a storage space and we were greeted by Lori and she showed us a space that was perfect for us very convenient location drive up and she made the move-in process very easy. Thank you Lori for going above and beyond getting us the perfect space.
I was having an issue opening the door to my storage turned around and there was Lori she came right over and showed me what I was doing wrong thanks Public Storage for having such a dedicated person looking after your property.
A1 customer service from Lori every time we walk into the office, she’s happy pleasant to deal with and she’s always available when you need her will definitely recommend Bensalem Public Storage.
