Rain water made its way into my storage unit due to a couple of days of heavy rainfall. When I bought my concern to Lori and Ray, they instantly responded with an apology, although it was no fault on the behalf of Public Storage, but mother nature. And, instantly, Lori and Ray offered to change my storage unit, and within five (5) minutes, I had a new storage unit I have utilized many storage companies, but there are none that can compare to Public Storage, or their top tier Customers Service Thank you
