First time renter. Praying for a good experience. Billy took care of me and was fantastic.

Large termite infestation. Went to my unit today and saw the unit next to me. Me and there unit had thousands of termites all over everything we own. When i reached out to public storage they said they do not care. It is not there responsibility. Even though the contract said rent at own risk. You normally expect your stuff to be safe from insects destroying everything. The rate increases all the time lately. They offered no form of help whatsoever. Plus my unit smells if mildew.
