We had an appointment this morning to see the unit we wanted to rent. The kiosk person couldn’t help us, so we left. On the way home, Lucy called us back to the facility. She set up our rental unit and got is on our way.

Lucy gave us great service handling our rental and getting us set up in the app. She made the process as painless as possible and covered all the details for us first timers at the Waxhaw facility.

Lucy was wonderful! As I was going through my storage unit another employee stopped by and checked on us. When I explained an issue I had with my rates, he took my information down and said he would see what they could do. A little later Lucy came out and shared she had taken care of the issue! Public Storage in Waxhaw is very nice. Rows are wide enough for my rv (a remodeled ambulance) and vehicles can still get by. Everything is clean and bright. Even has a working light in the unit, which none of the places I've rented before have had. I required a drive-up unit and this was the only one I could find in Waxhaw. All the others were indoor units. Lucy, the manager, is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.
