Lucy always helps me when I come to my storage space because I always have trouble getting it open.

I started storing my belongings at this facility back in December 2025. Immediately I had issues with roaches inside the unit for which I offered to relocate to another unit, but only able to do so in the limited options that a real person was working on the premises…which of course I was not able to do before my move in. Was compensated a mere one time $25 off rent for the inconvenience of having to buy bug spray to spray the unit myself.
