The 87th street location was convenient, easy to access, clean, including clean restrooms, temperature was comfortable and security was good. No bugs, no mice, overall description I would give is "consistently clean and safe". We rented space for five years. Photos are of "move-out" day.

They are liars when it comes to their storage auctions. When we showed up to pay for the locker, at first they claimed they hadn't gotten the invoice yet, we questioned why they hadn't when WE had already gotten it. Then they changed their mind and said the renters must've snuck in and put their own lock on and the person that cuts the locks comes once a month. Bottom line, we won the auction for $20 and the renters owed $500 and they didn't want to give up the contents because they didn't want to take the loss. I guarantee ... read more
