I almost never leave a review but the prices are good but if you have any problems the property manager or any staff is no where to be found I've been calling for an entire month, I left vociemails, came to the property a bunch of times. I literally had to force myself to not pay for one of my units just so they can call me for reminder of pay. When I talk to that person he told me that they will be her at 9-1:20pm. The gentleman in the office, DJ, was super helpful as was Jennifer (I think her name was. She was sweeping and when we got into the building, she helped us with the elevator and even went to our 3rd floor unit and made sure we got in okay. Both of them took the time to help us with our first-time at this Public Storage facility. And, the grounds and the building itself were spotless. A very positive experience.
While the units are clean and well lit. On my move in day, I could have used some help. And no one was to be found. Fast forward a couple of months to now. I needed help with a payment. Left a few voicemails that never got returned. Called a different location to get some assistance, and they couldn't find me in the system.
Well-hidden. Okay, fine, makes it harder for the bad guys to find it. So, I call for help finding the entrance. First time, "please press 5 to continue" and disconnect. Second time, got someone who sounded really helpful, but it was bs bc I was transferred to a call center abruptly. Well, I'm happy for those who love it!
