I needed to downsize my storage from a 10 by 15 to a 10 by 10... I was stressing earlier this afternoon but when i got to the storage... Mr.Eduardo assured me that everything would be ok. He made things easier for me ... He talked to me and calmed me down... I seen two storage spots and picked one. I was in and out of there... I have to honestly say he was nice , polite and concerned with my mood and made me Feel better. You Need More People like him... Tennille has great customer service service which now a days that’s like a diamond in the ruff!! Public storage has a great employee that is knowledgeable and displays great customer service wish I could give more STARS for her help
