I was locked into business hours only for some reason and with a quick call to the manager she fixed it right away.
This location is great. Nevada is always very helpful and kind. Grateful for excellent customer service
Locking people in after 9pm is kidnapping and extortion. You can block access to customers trying to access the property after 9pm but you cannot legally keep them from leaving. If you're reading this and are looking for storage units, go to a small business. Even if it costs a few dollars more, you'll still pay less than PS. They add insurance automatically and will charge an additional $35 for 24 hour access. Do not get caught in there after 9pm! They won't let you leave without paying $35.
We have our belongings in the White Settlement Public storage and the lady, Tina, that was there working today was extremely helpful and so sweet and very respectful!! Y'all need more employees like her!! Five stars all the way!!! Way to go Tina!! Keep up the great work! Excellent customer service!!
