PAZ was very helpful personable and above and beyond to take his time to personally walk and show me units.
I’ve been to Public Storage on River St in Santa Cruz 4xs in the past 2 weeks. There has not been a cart to move out anytime. I had to move out today, my last day in the unit without a cart. I showed up at 2:15pm. The office was closed. No one was at the property managing it. I received an email notice a few days ago, after I already gave notice of termination, my rent, for a small unit, would be going up by 50% March 1st. Get rid of your stuff people, not worth paying for storage. Very frustrating. I absolutely do not recom... read more
