This is an interesting place to review, as I have only ever seen a single worker there in all my trips back and forth. Clean facility, but there are never carts available. The company feels that they can, and will, charge you significantly more whenever they feel like it. Our $70 unit, within 18 months, was raised to $210, after 3 different price increases. My fiancé and I just moved some of our belongings into Ace Self Storage and we couldn’t be happier. Moving your stuff sucks! Moving is not fun! When I stopped in the middle of moving to make the call to them, I spoke with Qiara. She is seriously a ray of sunshine! She was beyond nice and helpful and answered all of my questions! Terrible there’s nobody you can talk to nobody ever answereds the phones. Everything is automated. Their whole system is built for you to lose your storage.
