The manager assisted me in december with my transfer to a smaller space. She was very knowledgeable and professional. My monthly rate has decreased dramatically.
By far the worst customer service ever! Nina is rude as hell!! Even when someone called on my behalf and was extremely rude to them. I told that I could pay more than half and my stuff wouldn’t be auctioned off I did so and she still put my stuff up for auction and told me she dont care nothing about Christmas! When my kids stuff is in there because we dont have a place to stay right now. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE They over charge and don’t want to work with you.
I wanted to close my account and clear out my storage unit last week as I told representative, which I was forced to pay for a full month's of rent for storage in order to access my belongings to then find out I will not be prorated to refund for the 24 days of not being in possession of storage unit. Basically taking our money when not renting for the days we no longer in possession is just terrible customer service and appreciate customers for using them. I WILL NOT GO BACK!
