Dealt with manager for buying unit from auction, process was smooth and efficient, unit had a few cool things, property seems well kept

Staff was super helpful today and property was super clean, pricing was a bit more than i would have liked, probably paying for their security but it seems safe and well maintained, definitely feel more comfortable having my grandmother store here after our experience today!

Poor manager here. He's not in the office most of the time and won't even answer the phone during business hours. Regarding storage units going to auction, I believe most of theses are not abandoned but rather belong to customers who are in hardship, but Public storage doesn't care, they'll still auction them off, for a fraction of what the rent would be, not willing to work with the unit's owner to get caught up on rent. Deceptive business practices. Be aware the terms you agree to will almost immediately be changed. The advertised prices are not real. Other storage facilities will have intro rates then regular prices. What public storage does is advertise regular prices then nearly immediately raise them. They raised my rate ~60% after 2 months claiming its corporate who sets pricing there is nothing they can do about it. Price adjusted as market conditions have changed. I’ve been storing my stuff in this wonderful place almost a year now and I have to say that the manager and the staff are amazing. Kody, Christian you all are very professional and nice. Costumer’s stuff is really safe and under surveillance 24/7 in this public storage.
