Started at $144 a month and they have been slowly increasing it which was fine at first. Currently paying $205 and just got a notice of increase to $266 starting in April. Edit: Manager seems fair and professeional. He reached out and we came to an agreement. Prices are still very high compared to other local businesses but the manager is worth giving it another chance
