It's annoying that the employees don't have a sign to put in the window when they need to leave the office. There isn't even an open/close sign! But I'm glad I stuck around for a bit because Kai was super thorough with answering all my questions and helped make up for the wait.
Building is safe, secure and clean! Manager is super sweet!
I just rented a unit and the facility is clean. The associate also is great and very helpful.
Kai really helped me and was very professional thru getting my items into the storage unit. Even went the extra mile to help me load everything in my storage unit. Rare to see that customer service in this day and age. 100% recommend! THANK YOU AGAIN KAI!!!!!
