Edit: the place is making clear efforts to take care of the mice and it seems to be working! Great to see a company taking initiative to fix something Staff is always friendly when we see them walking about! While there is a rodent issue the people working there seem to be doing what they can to manage the issue and try to keep the place clean

Mel couldn't have been more helpful. He helped me complete the contract and offered me a unit close to the door to accommodate my disability.
Kai and Seth are great. However I've been waiting for a call from their district manager Nick for over 2 months to resolve an issue I've been having since January. I would give 5 stars but my issue has not been resolved and still no call from the DM.
