Good taken care of
Can confirm there is indeed a rat infestation. I found droppings on my items and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk all I was told was they refill the traps outside once a month. I was then given rat bait and told good luck essentially. I just had to pay to move my items to another facility due to the infestation which was a major headache. I ended up sweeping up a ton of mouse poop before leaving the unit. Would not recommend renting here.
