We rented in summer 2024 for student in the area and had a south side building H 5x5 that was awesome, worked great, no water, not bugs, awesome. Got a K unit in 2025 that had bugs and water damage, stay out of building K in the back by the foliage. They moved us to interior unit in building A with no issues at that location. Really wish they would let you pick your locker location from what is available, I tried every time and they refused. It is a random luck of the draw.
