I had a great experience at Public Storage in Brentwood. Alexis was professional, helpful, and made the whole process super easy. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. She has a great attitude and was happy and pleasant. It’s nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing extra storage….thank you, Alexis!

I've attempted to contact this property through phone and in person and there seems to be absolutely no on there. I attempt to call public storage and they "send me to the property manager" and the phone hangs up every single time. I scheduled move out date and got a confirmation just my account to still show I haven't moved out? If Public Storage doesn't resolve I will file a complaint with the BBB here shortly. I've already turned off payment to the unit and will advise to my credit card company to block any pending charge... read more

Called to see why my access to my unit was removed and was told I moved out Sept 10 (I did not) and that the unit was vacant (I didn’t vacate); and that I’d receive a call “within 48 hours”. I asked if I could go check for myself (am in town visiting) and they said they can’t give access back to me because the system already moved me out but I could stop by to see if the manager was in- no sort of remorse or urgency about the potential theft of my property.
