This is by far the worse storage facility ever do not let the stars fool you . Poor customer service by management and no one is never in the office . Your rate will increase every 3 months and when you do reach someone they always give you attitude. My grandmother have finally made the decision to get her things out of this location and move her things into a storage where her business is appreciated. Excellent customer service and easy application and rental process!! The gentleman helping me was courteous, knowledgeable, and helped me to understand the process. would recommend!!!
I had a great experience at Public Storage in Brentwood. Alexis was professional, helpful, and made the whole process super easy. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. She has a great attitude and was happy and pleasant. It’s nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing extra storage….thank you, Alexis!
