I strongly caution anyone considering this location. When I signed up, I was offered a specific introductory rate, which was later increased only a few months into my lease, despite assurances otherwise. Attempts to resolve issues, including requesting a late fee waiver due to a holiday, were met with unhelpful responses and a lack of flexibility.
