The unit i rented is actually 7.5' x 9.5'x 9.5'. I wish id looked at the reviews first. I paid for a 7.5' x 10' unit. Before I booked i tried to call and get more information but only bot bots along the way. However that wasn't a deal breaker. If you like to preplan a space like me, then you'd understand my frustration when I arrived to the unit to find that not only is the building hot and humid (supposed to be climate controlled) but when I measured and found it smaller. No one will answer the phone or return a call

I’ve had a storage unit at this location for ~2.5 years. The elevators DO NOT WORK. The only elevator that allows me to access my unit does not work, meaning I’ve had to use the STAIRS to move items the last year. You can never reach anybody to ask when/if it will ever be repaired. I especially love how my monthly rent continues to go up meanwhile there’s no working elevator. DO BETTER.
