Where do I start? I was asked to leave a Google review after making my payment one day after finding out my storage unit was broken into. Their insurance is a joke. The general manager of the location does not answer. Phone calls. Does not help. Does not respond. Does not do anything. The staff at the Location can’t even talk with the general manager. Property is in a very convenient location for me, I just wish it would be open at least till 10 pm. The gate gets stuck in the middle sometimes which I don’t mind but I think it’s not working efficiently.
