Im amazed by how helpful steve has been
Absolutely terrible customer service in the office and even on their customer service line. The units are not in good condition and whenever we talked to the office about it they did not care. We could not lock our unit for some time. Now we are in another unit and it is absolutely awful to slide it open. There were animals chewing through the installation and making a mess on our items (pictures attached). When I brought the concern to the office they did not care about it. Stopped by the property to inquire about a storage unit, Ashley and Steve were great and answered all my questions. Nice spot, good customer service. Will definitely be storing here in the future
