Easy rental process and easy move in.
How do you connect with anyone here??? The # on the app doesn’t go through, the corporate # doesn’t connect to anyone live and the chat feature is also a joke. This is insane. Can a mgr please call me? I haven’t even moved my stuff in and I’m already leaving a bad review. Which if you look. I maybe have like 3 reviews in my life.
The customer service at this location is beyond unacceptable. They misspelled my email, preventing me from making online payments. Since I don’t have time to go in person during business hours, I’ve now been hit with a late fee — through no fault of my own. I was promised a call back from the site manager twice, and I’m still waiting. What’s even worse is that I’ve spoken to at least four different service reps to correct my email, and each time they either leave me on hold for several minutes or simply hang up on me. Could not access unit on move in day. Door would not open to unit. No live staff here. Kiosk call said they had 72 hours. Had to get another unit at another company. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE UNIT PLACE TO ANYONE.
