Please beware the rental scam. I recently received a $30 increase on rent. I found out when the charges showed up on my bank statements. Public storage never sent a notice that the rent will increase. The contract mentions the rent can change and a 30 day notice may be sent. They really took the “may” literally. It is unprofessional and they put deals up to lure customers and then increase the rent for their benefit with lack of consideration to their customers.
Susan Willis was very helpful in locating and signing up for my storage unit, she also was very helpful moving out and made the process very simple
you can never speak to a rep by phone the automated system is not customer friendly at all
