I rate a 5 because the gentleman working there. You company is a disaster, your company gets a NEGATIVE 5, when I was able to talk to people at that facility about the storage locker i won. I was told there would be someone there to take my money and let me in. Nope. 5 phone calls later a man showed up. He, was awesome. But when you tell a customer you will have an employee there at a certain time. DO IT. This has never happened with your company. I also wanted to tell you to fix your elevator. Thats ridiculous.
