I saved a unit on the Public storage website. Within an hour Veronica from the location called me to confirm my reservation. She was even able to lock in the unit number I was saving until the next day when I would pay for the unit. She was both professional and very courageous in allaying my fears of losing the reservation. She gave me 5 star service and deserves an A+ rating.
Stay away from this place at all costs! Public storage in Jackson, New Jersey, never notified me by email or phone to let me know that my unit would be inaccessible because they were doing construction which dug up the asphalt and the ground around my unit. Joey was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to walk me through the paperwork, explained the terms clearly, and even gave me a quick tour of the facility to ensure I knew how everything worked.
