I saved a unit on the Public storage website. Within an hour Veronica from the location called me to confirm my reservation. She was even able to lock in the unit number I was saving until the next day when I would pay for the unit. She was both professional and very courageous in allaying my fears of losing the reservation. She gave me 5 star service and deserves an A+ rating.
Stay away from this place at all costs! Public storage in Jackson, New Jersey, never notified me by email or phone to let me know that my unit would be inaccessible because they were doing construction which dug up the asphalt and the ground around my unit. When I went to my unit to get to my tools so I could work I went to the manager on the premises, said I could walk to my unit which was virtually impossible as you can see in the picture I was supposed to jump over broken asphalt with a deep ravine to get to my unit That ... read more
