This storage place has everything it advertised. They are quick to get you to sign on and take your money. Then soon after, customer service will be zero communication whenever anything comes up. I have been calling for about 2 months and visiting the location on any given day & time with no avail looking to change rental units. I think the property manager is committing fraud on payroll because it seems like no is in the office at any time. If you call the support line for the manager it is always an answering machine.
