Annie at this facility was extremely helpful when I could not get help on the phone. She knew exactly what to do and was very professional . Give her a raise!!!
Clean facility, love the access hours
Terrible. I’ve contacted Public Storage several times about returning their lock for a credit as I have my own lock and never a return call and no one is ever at the local office. Terrible customer service service.
Fee goes up for the new year, but I guess that extra income for the company doesn’t cover snow removal or salt/brine for ice.
