UPDATE: I am changing my rating due to the fact I received a call from Ginny at the Nashville location I rented from. She listened to my frustrations and was extremely helpful. I have had two units here for a few months. Everything is really clean and secure. Mostly what I like is the workers are super friendly and helpful. They are nice and want to have a good experience. The app and the door codes are frustrating but it does make it really secure.
This 27911 crew has been amazing you all need to do something Special for them! In today’s world people don’t have a heart nor go above and beyond the call of duty anymore but they did and I am forever grateful yall need to do whatever you must retain them it’s so hard to find good employees who care about the company AND the customers im serous do not let this review go unnoticed ive been dealing with public storage for almost 10 years and this has been my best experience in history thanks again have a wonderful day !
This is a bait and switch company. I rented a unit for my 2 daughters and their roommates for their dorm items over the Summer. Move in was extremely smooth. They finished school and moved home the 2nd week of May. Today I get an email that they are upping the monthly rate. We are not even in it for a full month and they increased the rate. When I chatted with a representative they said the size we have is in high demand, but they can find me another size???
