Terrible conditions at public storage willow grove Pa today .. they did not plow or salt property as of noon today …. Cars couldn’t get up slope to access … there was an employee out by gates with a cup of salt… it did absolutely Nothing to Melt ice…. I told him it’s embarrassing and terrible and he just shook his head. He could give a crap. This is how they treat their property and customers . I was slipping and sliding while I walked to my unit and felt a twinge in my knee and now I’m icing it. Seriously … go check it out.... read more
