Be very careful with auctions from this location. I paid for a storage unit and had to file a claim after discovering serious problems when I arrived. Customer service at the location was dismissive and did not properly listen to my concerns. Other customers were also visibly unhappy. I am now trying to get my money refunded.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a storage unit through StorageTreasures, but when I arrived, the situation was not what I reasonably expected based on the auction. I won a unit at auction here, but they gave me a unit that didn't match the auction photos. After I contacted the auction staff, they refused to refund my money. I don't recommend this place. The manager is also irresponsible!
Kailyne was so patient with me. I had her showing me different units, asking her a bunch of questions and she even helped me fill out my form online. I really appreciate her and she's the greatest person you can her working at the front desk! Because of her I decided to rent my unit.
