When you rent here please please be aware of RENT HIKES. Also if you are getting your stuff OUT FOR GOOD please don't let it go past the first of whatever month your leaving. They made me pay an entirer month payment because I didn't take it out by the first. So I had to pay 300 for a month when I removed everything before the the 10th. It is in the contract.So they got free money from me. They raise their prices for no reason. I started at 135 for 10 by 10. Left having to pay a 240. Think twice.....
