Today i was working at Public Storage, and i realized that not all storage unit companies are cut from the same cloth. The shining light here at this property is an employee named Kevin, who made my experience here so wonderful! He was kind, knowledgable and super helpful with his insights, experience and a very warm and approachable personality. I can tell Kevin truly cares about the people with whom he interacts. Ashley helped me switch my storage units over. She was very sweet and professional. Totally recommend this private storage
Update 7/3/26: Unfortunately, things have gone downhill and I decided to switch to a different brand storage place. The lady who was the manager when I first moved in no longer works there, and it’s not as well maintained as before. The parking lot and storage buildings were not cleaned properly for a while, and I (and I’m sure others) submitted numerous complaints until finally they got their act together.
