UPDATE: After only 4 months with my unit, I received an email letting me know my monthly rental price would nearly double in 30 days (from $26 to $47). I was not signed up on some limited move-in special - base price for my unit 4mos ago was $33 and I got a $7 discount that had no conditions. I contacted support, and it took about an hour to connect with a rep who spent 5mins talking to me, said there's nothing that can be done, and then said they needed to disconnect to help other customers.
