Zoe Ann was super helpful and patient as she walked me through how to access my unit. This was my first time here, and I would recommend this location because of the helpful service

We’ve been happy storing our stuff at this location. Prices do climb incrementally over time, but that’s with any of them. ZoeAnn is extremely helpful and friendly!
UPDATE: After only 4 months with my unit, I received an email letting me know my monthly rental price would nearly double in 30 days (from $26 to $47). I was not signed up on some limited move-in special - base price for my unit 4mos ago was $33 and I got a $7 discount that had no conditions. I contacted support, and it took about an hour to connect with a rep who spent 5mins talking to me, said there's nothing that can be done, and then said they needed to disconnect to help other customers.
