Sharieka is the best and she is very friendly
I rented a unit out at Public Storage at 2783 N John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34741. I wasn't able to make payments so of course they auctioned off my unit, which I get. But the fact is they never answer their phones or give a call back. At one point I was given the number to the district manager for that specific location and never received a call back from her either. They initially told me that I had 1 YEAR to retrieve my two boxes of belongings that was left behind from the person that bought my unit. Month 10 I call... read more
Sharieka is the best at customer service. I had several issues with a unit at another location and I drove to this location and she was wonderful ay helping me fix the issue. I am about to pay extra to move my stuff to this location just for her wonderful personality and customer service skills.
