Zero stars is not an option, so one it is. Stay as far away as possible. My experience with Public Storage has been frustrating from literally DAY ONE. I originally reserved a 10x15 unit and received confirmation. When I arrived to move in, the app wouldn’t let me pay. I called to find out why and was told they had GIVEN MY RESERVED UNIT AWAY, and it was the last 10x15 available. They offered me a 10x12 instead. Fine.
