Worst storage location in Charlotte. I rented a unit online. When I arrived the space had a lock on it and there was no one working on site to help. I have called every day for 6 weeks and never received a call back. They have continued to bill me however and the dispute process with Public Storage is a joke. Avoid at all costs!
