Frustrated with this location. Have been renting here several years and the office staff is hardly present, the main doors have been broken for months and it’s hard to find carts to move larger items in and out. Access hours are also limited. 3 stars for being clean & secure, and the convenient location and phone app.
Was in the neighborhood looking for storage spoke with Dale and safe to say he was awesome with the communication of how to go by rental process
Dale was very helpful during my visit in the area today looking for storage close to my place. This location will be in great consideration thanks great staff
Every time I go in there for whatever reason, no one is there. I've been by several times to get a lock off of my unit (it's not a combo lock it's a turn key lock) and every time I go in no matter the time, no one is there. I can't get into my unit because of this.
