This was my first time renting a storage unit and the person who helped me, Nick, was awesome! He got me set up quickly and answered all the questions I had without ever making me feel like they were silly or obvious. Highly recommend coming to see Nick and getting a unit here!

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone who works in the office. I’ve called endless amount of times and have gone to the facility twice. Not sure who the other reviews are speaking of when it comes to someone helping them. I’ve seen other customers standing at the door looking around for someone to help as well. I can only get ahold of the call center. The app is very useful for most services. That’s a plus. Unfortunately it does not answer all questions which is why I’m attempting to speak with a staff member.

Went into Public Storage last week and was able to get in and out real quick. Thanks to Nick who helped me out of there quickly, he was a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. The location was very clean, and the bathrooms were well maintained.
