We were moving belongings from other storage locations. The attending manager/trainer Kim helped us on more than one occasion to both open and close out our units. She was fantastic and provided that customer service that is beyond booking a unit online. Thanks Kim!!!!!

Fell behind on payments, got caught up and back into our unit no issues and in a breeze. Prices are a bit high but Jamie at the fron desk is the best
