Really good facility! I have used public Storage before and they rarely disappoint.. This location is kinda iffy with the air.. A few times I have come in and it felt really warm inside (cooler outside) and I though that was strange but it has improved since I mentioned it in a survey Crystal is the most amazing property manger I have had the pleasure of dealting with! I came into the Public Storage facility on Burney Rd to open our storage unit and was met with the kindest woman, Crystal! She took the time to show me my unit and how to use the lock. She was very thorough and helpful. Full disclosure: I read the reviews before choosing a Public Storage location. There were so many great reviews about “Crystal” that I chose this location over a few others. She exceeded my expectations.
