Price for storage here is great. They only have two carts because people like to steal them. Their gates Bluetooth access also doesn't work so you have to get out the car everytime to pin the number. And when you leave that's frustrating because you have to walk outside of the gate to the entry keypad and pin your code and then run back to your vechile before the gate closes. Absolutely pathetic. Office was supposed to be open at 9:30am, no one ever showed. Called customer service to see what’s the issue, and was told that the person scheduled to work was needed at a different location… Do y'all only have one employee??? All of the trolleys are locked up inside of the office that doesn’t have any employees inside. So many issues when this should have been quick and easy. Would never recommend.
