Mike at front desk is very courteous, professional and explained all the features. He took us to the unit, ensured it was clean, demonstrated the operation, locks etc. He was not just efficient but also thorough and very personable. Appreciate his services.
Horrible. Had to wait 3hrs. No one on site, and was mia in sister property 200yrds away. Complete and utter incompetence. Had to go to a 3rd facility 15min away and low and behold when I got into the truck I got a call and was fed a lone of nonsense.
Don’t recommend
I have been using a unit at Public Storage at Somerville for a few months. The sign up and move in was very easily done online. There is parking available in a first floor garage that makes loading and unloading a breeze. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and the security is top notch. What more is there to say?
