The old broad who works here refused to let me use the bathroom, claiming too many people used it the day before, whom all rent units there. If we're paying customers, we have a right to use the bathroom. She told me to go next door to another business.

Employees are good, just don't use the park behind the gate. You will have moving companies and idiotic impatient people try to park when you're trying to leave and there's only 4 spaces. For the sake of your car tires just park outside the gate.

Rented a 10x10 unit in September. The kid who helped us at this location told us the rate was “locked in” and would not go up. 3 months later an extra $90 a month. Of course I didn’t see in the fine print of the contract that rent can go up at any time within 30 days notice. That notice? They sent it in the mail. Every other notification is via email. I would like to write this review on behalf of the customer service that I received that was above and beyond exceptional from Deb. She was at the Somerville location and she was absolutely amazing. She heard my concerns and did everything she could to help me and I really appreciate that. Thank you again Deb and I hope every time I have a customer experience it’s with you or someone that can measure up to you.
