I have been using a unit at Public Storage at Somerville for a few months. The sign up and move in was very easily done online. There is parking available in a first floor garage that makes loading and unloading a breeze. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and the security is top notch. What more is there to say?
Stored all of my things for the summer. Great experience and very kind staff. Will be using again next summer!

Rick is AWESOME! Saw in the system we tried to rent a space, and were unsuccessful. He proactively called us to follow up and see if he could help. We think he is an author, because he wrote the book on customer service. He called us back multiple times like he said he would, he called another facility to check on available units while keeping me on the line, and he stayed with us on the phone until emails were received confirming our unit was going to be move in ready tomorrow.
