Super predatory. Rented an unobstructed unit and they gave us a unit with a massive duct pipe going through the middle of it and only gave us a different unit because we said something about it. Then after about 6 months they tripled our rent…so we’re going elsewhere. I miss when extra space was around more. I never had a bad experience with them.
Bill gave very good service. I appreciate him being very helpful.
