Clean and the people are very friendly
Rick is AWESOME! Saw in the system we tried to rent a space, and were unsuccessful. He proactively called us to follow up and see if he could help. We think he is an author, because he wrote the book on customer service. He called us back multiple times like he said he would, he called another facility to check on available units while keeping me on the line, and he stayed with us on the phone until emails were received confirming our unit was going to be move in ready tomorrow. The old broad who works here refused to let me use the bathroom, claiming too many people used it the day before, whom all rent units there. If we're paying customers, we have a right to use the bathroom. She told me to go next door to another business.
