Not entirely the businesses fault, but no one stopped it either. My husband just went to rent a unit, a new customer, and was told by some racist woman also waiting on line that he couldn’t be in there with her because she was “uncomfortable.” He asked what she meant and explained it was a public place and he’s allowed to wait in there too, but because of his race and skin color she didn’t want him in there? Absolutely unacceptable, and as a result, we’ll never use a Public Storage ever again.
I came in with a plethora of issues, including my Wi-Fi acting up while trying to access my account. A gentleman by the name of Mitch was working and he was very understanding, helpful, and generous. I really appreciated him turning a stressful situation around.
