The young lady in the office was very helpful and kind. I rented the unit online but was very lost when I came to the store. Thank you Shae for being so kind.
The young lady shae was very engaging. I love her enthusiasm and the fact she held a conversation with no awkward silence in between. Thank you for helping me make this hard process so much easier. Property wise love the 24/7 cameras and personalized codes so I know my things will be safe with y’all and not just anybody can access the property.
I love how observant Ms.Shae was to find my unit opened with my lock attached. That’s the definition of great customer service and workers who really care about their customers. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again.
I moved in a few months back and Shae has always been there to help with anything I need. I haven’t seen shae in a while but I came today and she was there and as always was as helpful as I expected. I miss seeing you Shae thank you for always being amazing.
Like to thank Mr. Harry and Mrs. Shea for helping me at my unit here on East Fowler.,, Whenever I come here, they’re both so sweet and helpful for me. I was very troublesome about my door being jammed,,, They told me not to worry they would have maintenance. Help me get my door open..
