This place is a disaster. They told me over the phone there was an elevator and there is not. Bug trucks cannot park inside. The area to load and unload trucks is very poorly designed and makes movers’ work unnecessary difficult. The door to my storage unit was broken. They are very responsive over the phone when you are trying to book a unit. Afterwards, no one picks up the phone or returns calls. Open hours are very limited.
