My experience was great! I do recommend
It was easy to make a reservation online. When my move-in day came I went to the storage, expecting to pay and get the unit. Instead, when I showed up I was told there is no such reservation and they are sold out. I showed the email confirmation I got, the lady told me they only hold for 2h if you don't pay online. I was never told that and never received an email saying if I don't pay online my reservation will be canceled.
Good storage, very near SLU with lovely staff, she supports me everytime and always with a smile
Great experience and wonderful customer service. Very informative and nice people. If you are thinking of storing your stuff somewhere this is the place to go!
