Moved in on Saturday, paid $54 dollars for the unit, the key and insurance. The very next day I was charged $35, why? No one can tell me. I called and they told me to dispute it with my bank, drove up to public storage on Wednesday, and the property manager can't assist me, she has to call her managers, no one can tell me why I was charged again, they can't even see it in the system but two charges have been posted to my account in less than 48 hours from this location. Easy and quick. Store your extras for affordable price? Yes this the place with the app it was so easy to unlock doors and pay. Been using it for 1 year never had problem. You can access 24 hours too but we never needed that.
