Amazing experience. Customer service was elite. I have had different storage units and it is always bait and switch. They quote you and you can rely on the price staying unlike other companies.
I'd like to give a much-needed thank you to Miss Fifi, the facility manager of #29167 here in Houston Texas. For myself being disabled and currently wheelchair dependent, she was able to help me transfer my account from a top locker to a floor unit. Fifi understood my disability problem with having a top locker so Fifi did all she can to alleviate that issue. She's very kind and welcoming and I just want to say thank you very much Fifi. I cannot believe how inaccessible actual human workers are at this location. First, please note that workers are RARELY on site, so resolving issues in a timely manner will not happen. Second, we ran into a problem that this location has indicated a third-party service will need to fix. We were told we'd be responsible for the cost of said fee.
