Natasha is amazing! She is kind & empathetic. Moving beloved items into storage is usually not the most positive situation. It’s better when there’s compassion in the process. Public Storage is definitely lucky to have someone like her as a representative of their space.

I started opening boxes only to find mouse droppings. This particular box got packed fresh inside my mouse free home. My stuff has been in storage for 3 & 1/2 years.
