I visited this location while helping my friend move, Vannessa was great she even let us know where to find the carts.
At the 6651 longhorn dr Irving tx location I can't remember the nice ladies names that work there in the morning but they gave great service
The associates were very helpful very nice and answered all my questions. The facility was very clean they made my experience very helpful and wonderful..
We had an amazing experience at this location. Vanessa is the kindest soul here. She genuinely wants to help and kept checking on us if we need any help and renting process was extremely smooth. Even after the move, she called to make sure we don’t have any issues or can help in any way. This is the reason i moved out of Wallnut Hill location and moved all my stuff here. This is Luxury Customer service. God bless her!!
