Just be aware that there are never any carts available. I asked the front desk and they gave me some BS response. I was the only car in the parking lot, so it’s not like the carts were all taken. The lady at the front desk was not helpful in anyway, and didn’t even seem to care about much. Also, the climate control is at a very minimal level. With all this reoccurring BS, they still seem to continue to raise the rent. Unbelievable!
Posting simply to provide constructive notice to Public Storage. There is an AC leak on the 3rd floor, causing water to flood into units. We observed this Sunday Aug 10th as the trash can placed to collect leak from ceiling apparently has a hole. 8/12- employee states she has “put in a work order” but does not seem concerned about the pooling of water going into units. Please take steps to fix this water problem before personal property is damaged. Thanks.
