Venessa is always a pleasure to work with
This location has no rodents. The storage space is inside a clean building that is room temperature. When I first started renting, about a year ago, customer service was subpar but the last few months there’s always someone nice and friendly at the front desk. And yeah, the rent goes up. That’s a part of renting. I did find out that I can switch to a smaller space to save money. So far I give them 5 stars…..
The young lady “ vanesa” who works there was very helpful with the question and steps to get a storage building recommend good vibe and people
I visited this location while helping my friend move, Vannessa was great she even let us know where to find the carts.
At the 6651 longhorn dr Irving tx location I can't remember the nice ladies names that work there in the morning but they gave great service
