We signed up at a promotional rate for two months, but the price increased by $20 almost immediately. After requesting a reduction, they lowered it temporarily, only for three months, then raised it again. At this point I am paying $57 per month for a unit, while being offered the option to transfer to a similar unit for $36 per month, even though the online promotional rate was $19 per month.
