I would just like to say that Mrs.Gail who is at the Public Storage on Highway 249 in Houston,Tx 77086 she is heaven sent she is very professional and she cares about you and the storage that u rent and she tries to help you no matter how busy she is I hope she stays with the company for a very long time because if she leaves I think I will leave to and find me another storage
Ms Gal is awesome always walking the property cleaning and making sure everything is ok . I feel very safe with my belongings at this property. Always good communication and service
I'm a first time customer, but I've had my unit since October. I would like to say I'm very satisfied with the two ladies that have gone out of their way to make my rental experience a good one. I've lost my key, but it wasn't a problem because thanks to the advice of Ms. Teresa, my spare key was kept in a safe, for my convenience. Also, one day I misplaced my lock, but had to go to work, so I left not wanting to be late. Ms, Gail, while doing her rounds found that my lock wasn't in place.
