Let me start by saying that I have previously used Public Storage to store my grandmother's antiques for over 5 years with no issues. Of course, it was a different property. However, after being at this location for 2+ years with many price increases, I went to collect my belongings only to discover everything was ruined. I found mold on all my clothing, shoes, and furnishings and my grandmother's antiques. Rodents had gotten in and urinated, cut up, or eaten so many of my things as well.
