My experience was awesome. Byrd (the property manager) took the time to show my friend a storage unit that we reserved online. He was very informative is letting us know the terms; and about the sign up process. The units here are very clean, and there is secure access to the facility. Definitely Recommend this location.
Byrd was GREAT HE MET MY NEEDS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Waited for somebody to come to the office for over 30 minutes till closing and nobody came . They only have 1 cart which is locked up in the office . This location is very unprofessional and don’t take there job serious and employees ask for your phone to put a false good review and doing the complete opposite
This is the best place to get a unit Mr Byrd is the man
