This is a very clean storage unit and nice people. I had a little discrepancy that was actually out of the facilities hands and Matt from the office called me and made it more than right on there behalf. I give props to this public storage for taking care of people. Highly recommend it.
Won a auction, office called set up a time which was 4pm. I made the drive sat in traffic for them to tell me the manager pulled it. I explained a common courtesy call back would have been suffice instead of wasting my time. Why list it if you didn't have everything in order? Desk guy says you all probably didnt have needed paperwork . Moving forward if you pull a auction call the person.
Mrs. Carol and Mr. Matt were very kind. I'm very grateful for their hospitality today.
