Public storage is not supporting their customers during the pandemic crisis. There are many people that lost their jobs due to the stay home order and public storage is not considering this. People that are not able to pay on time or pay at all receive notifications of late fee charges and auction of their property!

A month ago they opened my storage where I had saved a sound with a value of 10,000 dollars. Manager Magdalena cared little and told me that those who had to pay me was insured. She tyvo a terrible deal for jor the theft. How can this happen in such an important company? People should know that they do not use their facilities because they are not safe and their things can be stolen as it happened to me. Also, they do not have surveillance cameras.
